QUESTIONS ABOUT COVID-19?

AbbVie is working closely with the World Health Organization (WHO) and global health authorities to respond to the needs of patients impacted by COVID-19. For more information about what AbbVie is doing to address the global COVID-19 crisis, please visit https://www.abbvie.com/coronavirus.html.

As the number of COVID-19 cases continue to rise around the world, questions are being raised about the impact it may have on the global supply of medicine. AbbVie continues to closely monitor manufacturing and supply chain resources around the world and we do not anticipate any disruption to our medicine supply for patients as a result of COVID-19.

AbbVie has not studied the use of RINVOQ (upadacitinib) in patients with COVID-19 nor in patients at risk of contracting COVID-19.

Management of RINVOQ therapy is at the discretion of the patient and health care professional, taking into consideration the risks vs. benefits for each patient. Interrupt RINVOQ if a patient develops a serious or opportunistic infection. A patient who develops a new infection during treatment with RINVOQ should undergo prompt and complete diagnostic testing appropriate for an immunocompromised patient; appropriate antimicrobial therapy should be initiated, the patient should be closely monitored, and RINVOQ should be interrupted if the patient is not responding to antimicrobial therapy. RINVOQ may be resumed once the infection is resolved. In clinical trials, RINVOQ mean terminal elimination half-life ranged from 8-14 hours.

Closely monitor patients for the development of signs and symptoms of infection during and after treatment with RINVOQ. Serious and sometimes fatal infections have been reported in patients receiving RINVOQ. Please refer to the full RINVOQ Prescribing Information for additional information including the BOXED WARNING on SERIOUS INFECTIONS, MALIGNANCY AND THROMBOSIS.

INDICATION1

RINVOQ is indicated for the treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to methotrexate.

Limitation of Use: Use of RINVOQ in combination with other JAK inhibitors, biologic DMARDs, or with potent immunosuppressants such as azathioprine and cyclosporine, is not recommended.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION1

WARNING: SERIOUS INFECTIONS, MALIGNANCY, and THROMBOSIS

SERIOUS INFECTIONS

Patients treated with RINVOQ are at increased risk for developing serious infections that may lead to hospitalization or death. Most patients who developed these infections were taking concomitant
